Deborah Gardner, better known as the “Competition Gal”, is an expert in the field of COMPETITION. With a unique blend of novel messages that occurred from her experiences growing up in an avid athletic family, collegiate swimmer at Arizona State University with a degree in Communications-Broadcast/Journalism, a legendary in the hospitality industry and a former career in radio and television sports broadcasting has allowed her to impact many lifes.   

As an educator, motivator, and champion for identifying untapped potential, Deborah shares her unique and specialized programs to help individuals and groups realize the healthy, productive, and fun (yes, FUN) aspects of competition.
